People From Synod at General Assembly

MISSISSIPPI PRESBYTERY was represented at the 214th General Assembly by, from left to right: alternate elder commissioner Carolyn McLarnan; minister commissioner Steve Bryant; Morris Taylor, pastor/observer from Canton; John Dudley, stated clerk; Michael Herrin, alternate minister commissioner; Emett Barfield, presbytery executive; John Dudley, youth advisory delegate; and Joyce Gibbons, elder commissioner.

Presbytery executives from the Synod of Living Waters had a farewell luncheon during General Assembly for John Rickard, who has left North Alabama Presbytery as executive to become executive of Black Hawk Presbytery, and for Reg Parsons, who has been named executive of the Synod of South Atlantic, following a term as interim executive in the Presbytery of East Tennessee.
