HERITAGE STUDY TRIPS TO SCOTLAND

Celtic scholar Phillip Newell will lead
a Celtic Experience Pilgrimage to three great historical sites in Scotland
and northern England: St. Columba’s Cathedral in Dunkeld; the holy island

2. JUNE 10-20
A Scotland Travel Seminar sponsored by
PCUSA Worldwide Ministries Division to celebrate the mutual ministries
of the Church of Scotland and PCUSA while exploring features of our
common heritage from John Knox. In Edinburgh, the group will divide
into smaller groups to work with Church of Scotland ministries (a large
ministry to internationals, a parish ministry, a ministry to the ship
building industry on the River Clyde, urban ministry in Glasgow, a chaplaincy
and others). Includes majestic scenery of the Scottish Highlands and
concludes with sharing of experiences at Iona. For more information

In celebration of its 150th year, Louisville
Seminary offers a tour of Scotland, an exploration of our Presbyterian
heritage. In conjunction with Educational Opportunities Tours, the trip
will be led by LPTS President John M. Mulder and his assistant, Lant
B. Davis. Tour begins with five days in Edinburgh, including exclusive
lectures on Presbyterian heritage. Participants will also attend several
joint meetings of the International Society for the Study of Reformed
