Communicators Share Words And Thoughts
At Annual Synod Seminar

Led by a panel of public relations and advertising
agency executives, the group of Synod communicators continued the study
of crisis communication begun at the 2003 seminar and explored the concept

A panel presentation on Presbyterian colleges,
especially the ten located in the Synod of Living Waters, was led by Gary
Luhr (center), Executive Director of the Association of Presbyterian
Colleges and Universities. Other panelists, left to right: Karyn
Adams, Maryville College director of communication; Kathleen
Farnham, Maryville College director of church relations; Billy Newton,
Rhodes College chaplain ; and Robert Turner, associate
