David Snellgrove Retiring This MonthDavid Snellgrove was active throughout his career as a Presbyterian minister in the life of the General Assembly and the Synod as well as St. Andrew Presbytery, which he served as executive. He intends to continue service to the church after retirement, as a volunteer with the Synod's Living Waters for the World project. He said he considers the growth and expansion of this project to be the most significant thing that happened during his tenure as executive. Another significant aspect of his career with the Synod is the successful development of the partnership concept as it applies to mission and ministry among the twelve presbyteries in the Synod of Living Waters. David and his wife, Marty, will continue to live in Batesville, Mississippi. David expects to spend a lot of time transporting his grandson, a star athlete, to football, basketball and baseball games, in addition to playing a little golf.
