O’Neil Honored For 28 Years As Clerk Of Session

Recently the Session and members of Unity Presbyterian Church in Weogufka, Alabama, honored Robert O’Neil for his 28 years as Clerk of Session. Testimonials for Robert were given by Elders Sylvia Gardner, Lodis Ezekiel, Ray Payton and Richard Helm. The Rev. Charles Sims, Stated Supply Pastor of Unity, presented Robert with an engraved plaque outlining his 28 years of dedicated and faithful service. Cathy Walker, present Clerk of Session, presented him with a certificate of appreciation signed by the pastor and all active and inactive elders. Elder Ann Ezekiel presented a gift certificate for a tailor-made suit. Following the presentations, an appreciation luncheon was held in the fellowship hall of the church.
