Synod Roundtable Votes
On Circulation of Funds

Representatives of the 12 presbyteries in the Synod of Living Waters meet every three years to allocate funds that come to the Synod from the General Assembly through Mission Partnership Funding, according to a formula they adopted three years ago. This year, the group, designated as the Synod Roundtable, met May 9 at First Presbyterian Church in Franklin, TN. They voted to allocate unspent funds in the mission tithe equally to the presbyteries and appointed a group of five (one from each state, plus the Synod executive) to bring a recommendation in three years for the next accumulated tithe.
