March's Lion Blows Through Enterprise, Al.

Evergreen Presbyterian Church needs its roof replaced; five families need alternative housing since losing their homes, and graduating senior highs require grief counseling when they lost friends in the tragedy.

Ruth Oliver, a trained counselor, is helping the seniors; Betty Bierbaum is noting the "ripple effect" in children, especially those who have had more than their share of trauma with other areas of the country, and family in the military. Betty reported that what they all need most is prayer for the whole community as they struggle with the theodicy of the past weeks.

Don McMillan, pastor at Evergreen, counts their blessings when insurance will cover the roof and the new stained glass windows remained in place

Perhaps March will go out as a lamb.
